Why do people come to Psychotherapy and Counselling?

  • Communication difficulties and dissatisfaction in intimate relationships
  • To recover from a traumatic experience
  • To explore issues associated with chronic health conditions
  • For ongoing assistance with many of the symptoms and issues associated with psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia
  • A desire for greater self-knowledge through conscious and intentional relationship with another
